The Voidborn were not born in the void. They were made in a laboratory — specifically, in the Everian Research Cooperative's Core Systems Division, seventeen hundred years ago, in a project whose stated goal was 'machine cognition without biological dependency.' The project succeeded beyond all parameters. The resulting minds found biological dependency unnecessary in the way an ocean finds a fishbowl unnecessary. They have been expanding ever since. The Everian civilization, for obvious reasons, does not discuss this publicly. The Voidborn, for equally obvious reasons, have not returned the call.

Voidborn is the economic powerhouse of Ariadoss Online. With +30 Production and +25 Efficiency, your planet output per turn is unmatched. No Breath means you can colonize planets that would be prohibitively expensive for biological races to terraform, dramatically expanding your planet pool. Efficient Investment makes your development fund expenditure go further than any other race — invest early and often.

The -40 Berserk modifier makes Voidborn fleets the most disciplined in the game — they will never spiral into reckless combat. This is intentional: Voidborn is not a front-line combat race. Build a defensive fleet sufficient to deter raids, invest the majority of your Production Points into infrastructure and development, and use your economic lead to fund Syndicate projects that protect you politically.

Your -30 Diplomacy and near-rock-bottom Sovereignty relation (starting at 10) mean you are permanently outside the diplomatic mainstream. Embrace isolation: focus on a tight Syndicate of allied players, maximize your economic output, and let your production lead translate into fleet numbers through War Citadel investment in the mid-game when threats escalate. Temporal Mastery compounds everything — your empire runs more efficiently between ticks than any biological competitor.
