Their intelligence networks operate through hardware others cannot perceive. Invest heavily in the Void Nexus from the start — allocate 40–50% of your planet capacity to research infrastructure. Use the Research screen to invest Production Points into RP acceleration early, which sets up a compounding advantage through the mid-game.

Your +20 Spy bonus makes intelligence operations a core tool, not a supplement. Downloadable Commander Experience means your admirals effectively never die — always assign admirals to fleets and let them level. Advanced Battle Processing mitigates the -20 Military penalty enough that Rekkan fleets can hold their own at equal tech tiers. The real payoff is fighting at higher tech tiers where your superior research compounds into a decisive edge.

The -30 Berserk modifier means Rekkan fleets are extremely disciplined — they will not spiral into over-engagement. This is an asset in defensive and guerrilla-style play.
